Trevor began his racing career in 1995, competing at Flamboro Speedway in the street stock racing series and winning one of five races in his first season.

Trevor raced in the Limited Late Model series at Flamboro Speedway from 1996 to 1998 recording a Win in 1996, three wins in 1997 and six wins in 1998 which tied for the most wins during the season.

In 1999, at the age of eighteen, Trevor became the Speedway Points Champion at Flamboro Speedway in the Limited Late Model Series. He recorded 12 victories out of 24 races and set the record for most wins in a single season.

From 2000 to 2001, Trevor competed in the OSCAAR Super Late Model Series. In his first season he became the youngest driver ever to win "Rookie of the year" honours. During 2002-2003 he competed in the Late Model division at Flamboro Speedway and recorded a victory.

In 2006 Trevor competed in the World Series of Asphalt in New Smyrna, Florida in the Super Late Model Competition, finishing well, placing 18th out of 27 cars in the field.

In 2007 Trevor competed in two events in the Nascar Canadian Tire Series racing at Barrie and Kawartha Speedway. Trevor also had a successful test in a NASCAR Camping World Truck at Hickory Motor Speedway in North Carolina. Unfortunately, due to a lack of funding he was not able to secure a ride in this series.

In 2010, Trevor raced in three events in the Nascar Canadian Tire Series including racing at the Honda Indy in Toronto. Trevor was very popular amongst race fans at the Indy and was filmed by CTS Television with in-depth segments later airing on the network.

During his racing career Trevor has achieved over 50 Career Race Victories and continues to pursue racing in the Nascar Canadian Tire Series.
